This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and DreamTales ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your use of the DreamTales mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, DreamTales grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use on a mobile device owned or controlled by you.
2. User Accounts
- You may need to create an account to access certain features.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. User-Generated Content & Rights
Ownership & Usage
By using DreamTales to generate stories, audio, or other content ("Generated Content"), you acknowledge and agree that:
- DreamTales retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Generated Content.
- We grant you a license to use the content for personal purposes within the app.
- DreamTales has the right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display any Generated Content publicly (e.g., on social media, YouTube, marketing materials) without further consent or compensation to you.
Prohibited Content
You agree not to use the Service to generate or share content that is:
- Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful.
- Pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit.
- Discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or disability.
Zero Tolerance Policy: We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We reserve the right to ban users and remove content that violates these terms immediately.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
DreamTales may offer paid subscriptions or credit packs via in-app purchases.
Billing & Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Credit Expiration
Important: Credits or usage allowances granted as part of a monthly subscription do not roll over to the next month. Unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle.
All purchases are final. Refunds are handled exclusively by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) in accordance with their policies.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content (excluding User-Generated Content), features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of DreamTales and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. DreamTales makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DreamTales, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
